The Women in Trial Travel Summit (WITTS) will be held at the Conrad in Punta de Mita, Mexico. The Conrad is located within a private, gated community just north of the town of Punta Mita. The address for the hotel is Carretera Punta de Mita Sayulita Km 2, Litibu, Nayarit, 63734, Mexico. From Puerto Vallarta International Airport, take Francisco Medina Boulevard (Route 200) to Nayarit. Continue on “Puerto Vallarta - Tepic and Carr. Federal la Cruz de Huanacaxtle - Punta De Mita to Nayarit” until you arrive at the Litibu gates. Enter the gated community of Litibu and continue on Carr. Punta de Mita until you reach the Conrad Hotel.

The closest airport is PVR (Puerto Vallarta’s Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport).

Shuttles
Attendees arriving on Wednesday, April 2nd and departing on Sunday, April 6th will enjoy complimentary shuttles thanks to our Transportation Sponsor, Elder & Spencer LLP. However, attendees choosing to take advantage of this service MUST email Cess at cess@womenintrialtravelsummit.com no later than March 17, 2025 to be added to the transfer manifest. If you would like to take advantage of the complimentary shuttle, please email your flight details to Cess.
Private Tramsportation
Guests arriving at PVR can choose to take a taxi or private car service to get to the hotel. A private car service is strongly encouraged and always a much better option in Mexico due to safety reasons. The following transportation companies are well-rated and recommended:
