o This sponsor gets to be the host of an afternoon “pool party” where the attendees will take over the bar and the cabanas at the adult pool for two hours of hosted premium cocktails and light snacks.
o Full page ad in event program*
o Company logo on display at the Pool Party, appearing on signs and palm tree drink holder floaties
o Company logo on event flyers and emails (second in size only to the title sponsor)
o Option to set up a table outside the meeting rooms each day, giving the sponsor the opportunity to interact with conference attendees each morning
o Option to add swag of any kind to the goodie bag that each attendee receives upon check-in.**
