Great for vendors, this sponsorship allows you to set up a table outside the meeting room each morning (3 days) and interact with the attendees and distribute your own swag before and after the meetings and during breaks. One representative of your company or firm will be allowed to attend all the events (the Welcome Cocktail Reception, Meeting Day 1 Lunch Reception, Meeting Day 2 Dinner Reception and Meeting Day 3 Farewell Brunch). Guest passes may be purchased for additional representatives for $500. This sponsorship also includes:
