Geraldine “Dena” Weiss is a Partner at ACTS Law. Dena’s specialty is litigating serious and catastrophic injury cases. She has spent three decades as a trial lawyer, achieving many seven and eight-figure verdicts as well as settlements. Dena has been involved in multiple record-breaking verdicts ranging in the topics from civil rights violations, sexual abuse cases, premises liability cases, wrongful death cases, and product liability cases.

Dena is recognized by her peers as a top tier litigation attorney. Most notable is her trial experience against Philip Morris, where she was a part of the two-attorney trial team achieving several billion dollar verdicts.

Dena received her education in England and obtained her undergraduate honors degree in Wales from the University of Cardiff. Upon moving to the States, she received her Juris Doctorate from Whittier Law School. She is actively involved in the legal community having served as 2018 President for Los Angeles Trial Lawyers Charities and remains its enthusiastic Ambassadress, committed to charitable work. Dena also serves on the Board of Governors for Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC) as well as on the Board of Governors for Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA) where she serves on numerous committees. She is an elected government official for Los Angeles and currently is the President of the Woodland Hills Warner Center Neighborhood Council (WHWCNC). As a fierce advocate for the public, Dena has frequently visited Sacramento to champion plaintiff’s causes. It is her determination to be a loud advocate and voice for those who do not have one that keeps Dena engaged and committed to making a difference in the lives of others. With 30 years of litigation experience, Dena brings wisdom and tenacity to every case that she handles, with spectacular results.
