Unfortunately, as of today’s date, the room block at the Conrad has sold out. But they do still have rooms available, which you can book directly on the Conrad website. There are a lot of really wonderful lodging options near the Conrad though, if you decide you’d like to stay elsewhere.
The Iberostar Selection Playa Mita is the closest property to the Conrad, and is just a short walk away if you walk the beach. The properties are so close that you might even be able to get a staff member to drop you off in a golf cart. Rates are around $290. Iberostar is within the same gated community as the Conrad, so the walk back and forth is safe.
If you’re looking for a more luxurious option, the nearby Four Seasons and St. Regis properties are less than 10 minutes away and are really quite wonderful.
Mid-priced options are Dreams Bahia Mita (which is an all-inclusive option), Grand Palladium and the W Punta Mita.
